John Doe vs. Major Vehicle Manufacturer:  2022 subcompact crossover exhibited dangerous braking system malfunctions, including random Collision Mitigation Braking activation and Adaptive Cruise Control failures.

  • Collision Mitigation Braking (CMBS): Engaged randomly without warning, slowing the vehicle unexpectedly.
