A 2010 SUV had serious electrical problems despite the fact that the dealer had replaced the battery.  The car would shut off while driving which caused the owner to lose control of the vehicle on at least 2 occasions.  One time after driving for 15 minutes, the dash lights flickered, the headlights flickered, all the lights went out inside the vehicle, the car stalled and would not restart, and there was an electrical burning smell coming from the vents.  Another time the owner was followed by a police officer who noticed her tail lights flickering weiredly.  He pulled her over and advised her this was a dangerous condition.  At times the turn signals or hazard lights wouldn't work.

Our client settled for a full buyback of the car, all costs and attorney's fees.
