Debt Settlement case saves the client $35,000

FIA Card Services v. our client, was a case where this crditor sued our client for over $50,000 for a credit card debt.  We defended the case, and after some time the creditor dropped the case.  After that we were able to negotiate the debt and acheived a compromise where FIA Card Services agreed that if our client paid $15,000 in a lump sum, within 30 days, it would mark the debt paid in full.
