Our Consumer, Mrs. Irwin had a Lemon Law/Magnuson Moss Warranty claim against Chrysler Corporation for a defective vehicle. The vehicle's check engine light was coming on and repairs were attempted by replacing the vapor canister, replacing the ESIM, replacing a pinched hose, and replacing the fuel tank assembly. The case was settled shortly after the lawsuit was filed for a full refund of their purchase price and all her legal fees and costs. Another satisfied customer!
