The Consumer Law Group, P.C. settled a case for a Lemon Law/Mag Moss claim for Mr. Walker's 2012 Volvo S60 that he had leased as new, but it had hesitation and acceleration problems. After a reasonable number of repair attempts, Volvo could not correct the problem, Mr. Walker hired John Cole Gayle, Jr. who filed a lawsuit. Volvo admirably and relatively quickly stepped up to the plate, recognized this was a valid Lemon Law/Magnuson-Moss claim, and agreed to buy back Mr. Walker's car, including paying off the loan, loss of use, and paid resonalble attorney fees and costs, less a mileage deduction.
