Our client faced a warrant in debt of approximately $16,000 and was at risk of judgment in General District Court. To resolve the matter, the client was offered three options and ultimately signed a consent to judgment, allowing the case to be closed without further litigation.

We successfully negotiated an alternative payment plan with the creditor, which included a reasonable down payment and monthly installments within an agreed timeline. This solution provided financial relief and helped the client avoid additional legal complications.
