This breach of warranty case (BOW) involved a business vehicle, rather than one that is used primarily for personal use, and therefore we could not claim a violation of the Lemon Law or legal fees from the defendant manufacturer. However, due to the numerous mechanical problems with the new large pickup truck, which had a diesel engine whose injectors had not been properly installed at the factory, it shifted improperly, and had several other issues, we were able to get enough cash so that when our client traded the vehicle in, he was made whole.
