John Doe vs “Major Vehicle Manufacture” 2022 subcompact crossover, Collision Mitigation Braking engages at random times, vehicle starts slowing with no audible warning or brake warning on instrument panel. This is a multi-faceted issue in that other times the CMBS will engage, and A BRAKE warning flashes up on the instrument panel, a warning beep sounds and a hard brake applied. This occurred when there were no vehicles/ obstructions near the roadway and is serious safety defects. In addition, on occasion the Adaptive Cruise control problems and Braking System Issues will flash on instrument panel and a beep will sound
John Doe vs. “Major Vehicle Manufacture” 2021 truck The transmission bangs and clunks between gears, downshifts hard, clunks and jerks as it shifts. This banging and clunking is so severe, it felt like being hit from the rear. The Plaintiff was told on the date of purchase that he could swap the middle two captain’s seats for a bench seat and later discovered that this was not an option and relied heavily on this misrepresentation when purchasing the vehicle for his large family.
John Doe vs. “Major Vehicle Manufacture” 2022 compact Travel Assist system has limited availability or is unavailable randomly. The Travel Assist consists of multiple function all related to safety. There were electrical faults in the steering wheel(replaced) which was also related to the Travel Assist faults. The faults came back 24 hours after replacing the steering wheel. 3) Whole driving 40MPh and turning right or left is an ABS traction control noise or vibration in the floorboards but no warning lights on the control cluster. The vehicle had additional ABS issues. 4)infotainment system will turn off and the instrument cluster will go blank. The infotainment center has be replaced on two occasions but continues to exhibit a reboot screen with the screen going blank. 5) Shifter handle loose and replaced by Dealership but remained loose.
