Here is a link to the article about a bill called The Raechel and Jacqueline Houck Safe Rental Car Act, which is named after Carol Houck's two deceased daughters, who were killed in a crash in 2004.  They were rented a PT Cruiser by Enterprise despite the vehicle having been under recall by Chrysler for a month.
