A Lemon Law case with Subaru was settled by The Consumer Law Group, P.C. The alleged defect was an intermittent and erratic acceleration in a Subaru Forester. Sometimes when the owner would attempt a quick acceleration there would be a 4 to 8 second delay, other times there would be a shorter delay, sometimes there was no delay at all.
