Lemon Law Case with Subaru Settled

A Lemon Law case with Subaru was settled by The Consumer Law Group, P.C.  The alleged defect was an intermittent and erratic acceleration in a Subaru Forester.  Sometimes when the owner would attempt a quick acceleration there would be a 4 to 8 second delay, other times there would be a shorter delay, sometimes there was no delay at all.  Subaru alleged it could never duplicate the problem and they denied any liability.  The case settled shortly before trial on terms agreeable to both parties.
