The Federal Trade Commission is proposing changes to the Used Car Rule. Along with the changes proposed, there is a reminder of things you should do when purchasing a used car. Make sure you take it to a mechanic to have it checked out. Get all promises it writing. We also recommend taking a witness with you and ask lots of questions.
